	Ezra Helfand, BA Public Information Specialist Ezra develops and coordinates dissemination of all print and electronic publications of the Council. He also manages and updates the web site; serves as Council liaison with representatives of the media to coordinate; and arranges for regular recognition of Council services and projects.
